Dữ liệu trên điện thoại

Gỡ cài đặt Math Jump, hoặc vào Cài đặt → Ứng dụng → Math Jump → Bộ nhớ → Xóa dữ liệu. Toàn bộ điểm, lịch sử và cài đặt lưu trên máy sẽ bị xóa ngay.

Xóa tài khoản ngay trong game (nhanh nhất)

Mở game → Cài đặt → mục Tài khoản → bấm Xóa tài khoản → xác nhận và chọn lại tài khoản Google của bạn. Hồ sơ, kỷ lục, hạng, mã kết bạn, danh sách bạn bè, lời mời kết bạn và tài khoản đăng nhập sẽ bị xóa ngay lập tức khỏi máy chủ và khỏi thiết bị.

Hoặc gửi yêu cầu qua email

  1. Gửi email từ chính địa chỉ Gmail bạn dùng để đăng nhập game tới mathjump.game@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Math Jump – Xóa dữ liệu".
  2. Ghi thêm mã kết bạn của bạn (xem trong màn Bạn bè của game) nếu có.
  3. Trong vòng 30 ngày, chúng tôi sẽ xóa tài khoản đăng nhập, hồ sơ, kỷ lục, mã kết bạn, danh sách bạn bè và các lời mời kết bạn của bạn, rồi gửi email xác nhận.

Gỡ quyền truy cập của game vào tài khoản Google

Vào myaccount.google.com/connections, chọn Math Jump rồi bấm Xóa tất cả các kết nối. Game sẽ không còn nhận được thông tin tài khoản Google của bạn.

Data deletion instructions

Data on your phone

Uninstall Math Jump, or go to Settings → Apps → Math Jump → Storage → Clear data. All scores, history and settings stored on the device are deleted immediately.

Delete your account in the game (fastest)

Open the game → Settings → Account → tap Delete account → confirm and pick your Google account again. Your profile, records, rank, friend code, friend list, friend requests and sign-in account are deleted immediately from the server and the device.

Or request deletion by email

  1. Email mathjump.game@gmail.com from the Gmail address you use to sign in to the game, with the subject "Math Jump – Delete my data".
  2. Include your friend code (shown on the game's Friends screen) if you have one.
  3. Within 30 days we will delete your sign-in account, profile, records, friend code, friend list and friend requests, and confirm by email.

Remove the game's access to your Google account

Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, select Math Jump and choose Delete all connections. The game will no longer receive your Google account information.
